Mushrooms … with linguine pasta!
Today I’ve used dried ones. They have to be first put in warm water for 20 minutes. Then rinsed and then they’re ready to be cooked.
I’ve boiled the pasta.
After having let the mushrooms rest for 20 minutes, I have rinsed them, then put them in a sauce pan with some garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Stirring not to burn them, but they have to cook.
Finally I’ve mixed the pasta.
And that’s it.
Some white pepper, more garlic, chili powder and extra virgin olive oil.
